Designed to meet the needs of facilities maintaining ācast ironā specifications, the Sargent 281 Series Powerglide Cast Iron Door Closer features a heavy-duty one-piece cast iron body for superior strength and wear resistance. With a full complement of arm types and front-facing valves, the 281 series can be easily installed and maintainedāfor interior and exterior applications.

- UO - Universal arm package provides arms and brackets to install closer in standard, top jamb, or parallel application
- High impact non-corrosive plastic covers with two machine screws standard
- Adjustable spring power allows 281 closers a size range of 1 through 6
- UL/cUL listed for use on fire rated doors
