Router template for Adams Rite 4550 Deadlock Lever. Template has four hardened drill bushings locating screw mounting holes, router template opening for 4550 indicator and lever cam. May be used to route cylinder opening on outside of door. For use with 1 1/8" backset locks only. Requires the use of a router equipped with a 3/8" outside diameter template guide and a 1/4" router bit. (Part # for our router bit HIT-45RB4.)
