The Rekord Pro S is a mechanical key-cutting machine designed for flat cylinder, vehicle keys, and cruciform keys. It features quick rotation, four-sided clamps with ergonomic handles, a mechanical tracer point with micrometric adjustment, and automatic cutter activation.

- Quick Rotation Clamps: The clamps can be quickly and smoothly rotated without needing to be removed, thanks to the unique, patented rotation system. They are tightened with ergonomic handles featuring a ball-bearing system that secures the key perfectly without damaging the clamp. Made from sintered metal with a protective nickel coating, the clamps ensure exceptional strength and durability.
- Long-Life TiAIN Coated Cutter: Made from HSS Super rapid steel, the cutter features a titanium aluminum nitride (TiAIN) coating. This advanced coating reduces operating temperatures, extending the cutter's lifespan.
- Precise Carriage Movements: The left-hand side lever ensures precise, play-free shifts, while the self-lubricating bushings provide smooth carriage movements.
- Automatic Cutter Starting: For enhanced safety, the cutter motor operates only during the key-cutting process. It starts automatically when the carriage lever is released, eliminating the need for an on or off button and ensuring the cutter cannot be accidentally left running.
- Integrated Tool Storage: The machine features a spacious accessories area with an anti-slip mat on top, ensuring easy access to frequently used tools. Below the machine body, a pull-out compartment is designed specifically to store the supplied accessories.
