This Detex 08BN-689 is an outside lever trim that can be used to operate the Detex V40 Series alarmed exit devices from the outside of the door. A key will lock and unlock the lever when access is necessary from the outside.

- Through-bolted modular design that allows for changing of the function and the trim without any modification to the exit device
- Non Handed design. Easily field reversible.
- Cylinder collars for 5 and 6 pin cylinders are provided with all trims
- Covers 161 Prep - adapter included
