The 8600 Series narrow stile concealed vertical rod exit device is designed for narrow stile aluminum applications that require a life-safety exit device with concealed vertical rods for two-point locking. The patented top-latching mechanism interlocks the door to the frame. Strong, durable construction for a high level of security. Easy to install. Clean, unobtrusive design. Adjustable steel rods protected in contoured covers.
Features:
- The LR option uses a solenoid mounted in the pushbar for instantaneous unlocking and locking of the exit device from a remote location or access control device.
- Because the electrical operation of the device is fail-secure, this option can be used on fire-rated as well as life-safety applications. In the event of a power failure, the device automatically relocks.
- Fits a 36' door opening.
- Door Height Standard unit adjustable for doors up to 66" above the bar height.
- The patented top latching mechanism interlocks the door to frame
