6200 Features:
- Helps support a safer enviorment in hospitals and other institutions where safety is of the highest priority
- Cylindrical latch application - passage function
- 1-3/4" standard door thickness (specify if different)
- "SEC" Security fasteners provided standard
- Trim is mounted using four thru-bolts for maximum stability
- One continuous spring provides a smoother operation and an extended life for the unit
- Non-handed for installation and stocking ease
- Trim can be mounted vertical or horizontal (with handels pointing toward hinge edge of door)
- Handles can be mounted up or down by simply rotating trim 180°
- UL Listed in U.S.A. and Canada for use on door fire rated 90 minutes or less, up to 4'0" x 8'0"
- 1/2" Latch Bolt Throw

- Mortise lock body provided - specify function
- Mortise lock body only available in 2-3/4" backset
- 4-7/8" ASA strike supplied standard
- Mortise lock cylinder and cam not provided
- Uses clover leave-type cam - Best®* C258 or equal (except 6638 and 6645 models, which use Best®* C293 or equal on outside)
- 6 Pin Cylinder = 1-1/8" long
- 7 Pin Cylinder = 1-1/4" long
- 1-3/4" standard door thickness (specify if greater than 1-3/4")
- Meets ADA requirements
- All mounting hardware goes through mortise lock body prep - no additional prep required
- One continuous spring provides a smoother operation and an extended life for the unit
- Trim is non-handed; however, the mortise lock body is handed (can be changed in field)
- Can be mounted vertical or horizontal (with handles pointing toward hinge edge of door)
